1. RESERVATIONS AND CEREMONIES
Any reservation will be requested by the customer via e-mail or written on the reservation book. ( Also if you make changes, modifications, cancellations of service, confirmations, etc). You will be answered in writing accordingly to the association's policies.
2. RESERVATIONS, CONFIRMATIONS AND BANK FEES
The reservations are in US dollars through these banks:
- Scotiabank-Savings account 058-7399485 (interbanking code fwist, BSUDPEPL).
- Interbank-Savings account 4203087113790 (interbanking code 003-420-013087113790-72 (the customer will pay US$20.00 for partial or total transfer of money).
- PayPal-(email@example.com), the customer will pay the Interbank fee of 1.5% of the total deposited.
- Western Union-Direct deposit on behalf of the General Manager of the Community of Shamans, Ameth Mijael Salas Tecsi, DNI 41702113 -DNI is Peru's Identification Document.
The confirmation of the reservation will be with a minimum of 20% of the total price of the ceremony. The rest will be paid at the main office of the Community in Cusco city. All payments must be made to our account according to the current exchange rate of the day; in case of deposits in soles or euros,the fees generated by the banks will be up to the clients at the moment of deposit. P>
3. RESERVATION WITHOUT BANK DEPOSIT
Customers who can not deposit, will request a reservation commitment explaining the reason. They will send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, to guarantee their reservation and can then make the payment at the main office in Cusco city. We must inform you that vacancies are limited and we can not confirm 100% your reservation without any deposit. Group retreats have a maximum of 6 people. Private services are with Shamans and assistants, they can be: solo, with partner or friends, no other people will join your ceremonies. P>
4. BOOKING CANCELLATION
If you cancel the reservation, the following conditions will apply:

- Within 15 to 30 days we refund 90% of what you paid
- More than 6 days onwards we'll refund 60% of what you paid
- Less than 5 to 3 days onwards we'll refund 20% of waht you paid
- Within 48 hours, no refund.
- Any cancellation must wait for our compliance reply, otherwise it will not be valid.
